  Aligning paths of two different objects that also change size

  Hello!
  I have two different objects that i’m making a path for in premiere but I want them to take the same path just from different positions. how would I be able to make sure they’re taking the same path just in different starting positions. I have tried copying and pasting the path and then changing the numbers relative to their starting positions but unfortunately this didn’t work. I believe it is because I’m also increasing and decreasing the scale of the objects and also messing with the acceleration of the paths. I feel there must be some easy way to do this without all the trouble! Please let me know!

  Hi,

  there are a few ways to accomplish this….but

  if you start by applying the exact same motion to both objects….

  then in your effects panel search for “transform”

  apply it to the second object…

  now you can offset the position of the second object using the transform coordinates…

  that’s probably the easiest…
