  • Conforming proxies back to .R3D (without other programs) ?

Is there any easy way to replace the proxy .mov’s with the raw R3’D files? Without using another program?

We don’t have R3d Cine. Is there a way to do this in Premiere? Or to trick it into auto-relinking from the R3D folders?

Offline your media and use the link media command to relink it. If the proxies were made correctly you should be able to link them by using timecode and reel data.

I’ve tried this. But they both have the same timecode and reel data. So if I link one clip to a R3d, Premiere does an auto search to locate files with the same name/timecode/reel data. And it ends up linking to the proxies.
