  With what instrument in Premiere Pro I can replace effect Motion Tile (AE)?

  In particular, Output Width / Height parameters. It is necessary to fill in blank part of the frame with stretched edges of the videoframe after its movement in Motion parameters. It would be better if solution will be without duplicating the clip.
