  is my quadro 4000 is dead ?

  hello
  I am avido editor working with premiere cc and after, I use the quadro 4000 and the tesla c 2075.
  when i turn on my computer I get line all over the screen (you can see it in the image)
  two question:
  1. is the quadro is dead ?
  2. if he is dead , with what should I replace it, with new quadro or with the gtx serias

  I would first try powering down your computer – and pull the power plug on the back of it. Ground yourself so there’s no static dischange when you touch the board or case. Release whatever locking mechanism holds the Quadro in place, and gently push it into the socket. It may be that with fan vibration, it has wiggle a bit lose, and is losing connection. I hope this helps…
