  Manipulate synched audio and video in unison without having to transcode?

  Once I sync a video and audio clip (say for long-take interview footage), is there any way to essentially make like subclips from that so I can go right into cutting a story together before I master the audio in Audition? Up to now what I’ve done is sync them, master the audio, and then export a new clip, but that takes time up front that I’d prefer to spend developing a narrative.

  Hi…

  Once you have established the sync relationship….

  can you use the Link function to treat them as unit in the edit?

  Clip menu > Link

  or is this not an acceptable flow…?
