  Audio from Imported Clip Becomes Out of Sync w/ Video

  Whenever I try to import certain clips (usually mp4) into the timeline, the audio becomes out of sync with the video.

  The clips themselves play fine but I can’t understand why this happens.

  try recoding the audio alone with handbrake and import and merge with video again.
  the audio might be vbr.
