  how to fix a corrupted file in Premiere pro

  I downloaded premiere pro 9 (trial version) to get a feel of the software. I was unable to export my video since it was trial only. I got premiere pro 5 for free and wanted to open the video in pro 9 to pro 5 but it keeps saying corrupted file. Please help. Is it possible to open the file in an earlier version on pc?

  Hi Cobbi,

  ‘No, Premiere is not backwards compatible, not even to the last version.
