    Hello,

I’m editing a project that contains lots of phone footage shot on Moto-G. The videos have a variable frame-rate, some averaging 6fps, 8fps and others 12 fps. I’ve tried transcoding all of them with the media encoder to 23.98, but when I bring them all into Premiere they’re lagging, the image seems like it’s in ‘slow motion’ and out of sync with the audio. How can I fix this, is there a workflow for editing phone footage with a variable frame rate?

    Thanks so much!

Premiere does not like variable framerate, must be constant.
You can convert with Handbrake. See if that will make things a little better.
