  Just starting out on a job at commercial post production facility. DP shooting 25fps, final video is for 23.976fps US broadcast. Shooting with ARRI Alexa. What should I know about the workflow?

  Info: Still learning about this part of filmmaking… I’ve never experienced converting 25fps to 23.976fps. As far as I know, the plan for this video is to edit in 25fps then finish and conform in 23.976fps.
  The video is being shot in Europe and being edited for broadcast in the US. There will be a lot of effects on this video. I’m editing in Adobe Premiere Pro CC. What should I know about this workflow, including online and conform? I could use any info or tips you folks have. Thanks.
