  • How to output a video using reference files in CC 2015?

I am a recent convert from FCP, I am used to being able to output as a quicktime movie, and not select “make movie self-contained” this would output a video that referenced existing render files, and was output very quickly and small in size. Is there a way I can do something similar to this in Premiere? If I click match sequence settings it still encodes the video and takes a long time.
