Can anyone explain to me why Premiere does not remember the way I arrange my bins and tabs, etc. for each project? Whenever I jump from one project to another it recalls the arrangement from the previous project. If I then create a new project I get a layout with many duplicates of empty bins….this is maddening since I have to rearrange the same project over and over as I jump between projects.
I have tried the preferences for bins without any luck.

Also…when I “reveal in project” a clip from the sequence it finds the same clip in the tabbed bin as well as opening up the disclosure triangle in the master project tab…essentially finding the same clip in 2 redundant locations/tabs. Seems like I have to spend a good amount of time managing my bins/tabs just because Premiere allows for redundancy of open bins.

Thanks in advance for any insight.
