  AE7 pro – Ultimatte update error !!

  Can anyone help – I have upgraded to AE7pro and am trying to instal the update for Advant edge Ultimatte.

  The update seems to fail when installing it gets stuck on the last part of installation and hangs.

  I’m running a G5 dual 2Ghz – 2Gb Ram – With a cinewave card and breakout, OS 10.3.9 (restricted to 10.3 due to cinewave)

  the update worked fine on my G4 dual 1.25 – but doesnt want to play on this one

  can anyone advise – are there any prefs to delete – or ways round the update ??
