  change size of video tracks and audio tracks?

  so i can change the size of my video and audio tracks by dragging around with the mouse: annoying.
  i can also set a shortcut for change size of audio tracks and video tracks so i can easily enlarge or shrink my tracks: nice BUT this works for EVERY TRACK: annoying. is there a shortcut/way to easily just change the size of one specific track like maybe the one that ive got selected or something like that.

  I use a mouse with a scroll wheel. When the cursor is in the right-hand track identifier column, V1 V2 A1 A2 etc, if you roll the wheel the current track you are hovering over will react by expanding or contracting. Not a keyboard shortcut, but faster than clicking and dragging the bars.
