Hi, I followed all the tutorials for editing in multi-cam mode but I always run into trouble when I go to PROCESS the media source files…It’ll begin processing but inevitably get stuck and when I finally hit cancel it says Could NOt Synchronize One or More Clips in the Current Selection Because a Match COuld Not be Found
The footage is from two different cameras but it’s the same audio except one is going into the mixer and the other is an onboard mic. The onboard mic quality is strong enough to serve as a guide track for the software to use as a sync tool so I have no idea why it is giving me this error message.
Any ideas as to what steps I can take to troubleshoot?

ALSO–the PROCESSING did work for some other footage but in my PROJECT window it only shows me the one camera. What do I have to do to see both cameras in playback at the same time?
