    I can barely read the blue time code numbers, especially in the video effects panel of an individual clip. How can these be changed to yellow or white or some other color? Thank you.

    The short answer is, there is no way you can change them although that may change with the next version of Premiere which will be unveiled shortly before NAB 2015.

    Nevertheless, I may have some bad setting because I can almost not see the blue numbers and there’s no way this release would have been approved. I wonder if I might change some monitor setting or something like that.

    Well, in that case you can go to Preferences and play around with the Appearance slider to see if that makes numbers more legible.
