  Dnxhd (444) vs Avi (uncompress) vs Png Sequence

  I want to export some vfx shots for re-editing in premiere pro because my vfx shots are with very heavy effects that i can not work with those in premiere pro (realtime) i want to export them to a video an then import exported shots to premiere pro for some grading or transition effects.

  Which one of these settings are better for exporting and then import again?
  My original footages 1080p (444) . Export to mxf Dnxhd 444 and then import to premiere pro ? Or avi unompress or png sequence? which one has better quality fo re-edit?
