  How to add Xmas light in after effects

  I would like to konw if theres is availlable tutorials to add christmas lights to a scene
  Like putting a rope light to a bridge that never had light on it
  and how to give a touch to existing xmas lights following a path like aroud a ice rink
  I’ve looked around and seen noting about xmas lights in after effects
  Would liket to know if wich program i can use to create a 3d xmas village to add in a background
  Any suggestions thank you very much

  have you looked at vegas lights? or for more realistic, check out Lux plugin
