  Premiere Pro CC 8.1 Caravan – trouble grabbing items.

  Is it just me or is anyone else finding it excruciatingly hard to just grab segments, grab handles or grab audio level lines in the sequence timeline window following the new PPCC update? I click on a segment, it goes white but then doesn’t respond – and it takes zooming in a couple of times to be able to actually do anything with it. My ratio of swear at computer per minute has risen significantly. I also have to try three or more times to drag multiple selections from the browser windows before it actually grabs them all.

  Any solution people have found?

  Feels like the emperor’s clothes in this otherwise beautiful update.

  I concur. Takes me a few times to grab a clip or a handle or even the timeline scrubber-it’s driving me crazy. I started using Premiere when at CS6 and I didn’t notice this problem until CC 8.1. I can’t really find any other info about it.
