  Problem Rendering RGB & Alpha Channels

  I’ve masked and keyed a sequence and want to render out the clip but when I view the output (in both Premiere and media players) the picture / RGB channel is not visible.

  In the Output Module Settings I selected Channels: RGB + Alpha.

  I haven’t had this problem before but I am quite new to AE – does anyone have any ideas?

  If it’s an image sequence you’re outputting, make sure to tell it to use a 32-Bit image.

  So if it were Targa, in the output module settings make sure to go into the area called Format Options – the button where you go to change the settings of any output format you’re using. Set that to 32-Bits (8 bits per channel, 4 channels: RGB+A).

  You probably also want to output as straight (unmatted), not Premultiplied (Matted with Color).
