Bizarre behavior of video on DVD
I created a video in Premiere Pro CC on a Windows 7 64-bit computer. It’s built from very good quality video. It was exported with Windows Media, no audio, NTSC DV Widescreen at 720×480.
This is for a DVD that will run in a loop at a trade show. Let my boss explain what problem he’s seeing:
“2. On the MT-25 video, there is still an issue with the clip not displaying the entire video on the screen. This is curious because when I play the clip from the I:drive on my computer, it is OK, and when I play the DVD disc on my computer, it is also OK. But, when I play this clip from the DVD on a traditional DVD player attached to a television, it cuts off about 25 to 35% of the video. In fact, when it plays on the traditional DVD player, the logo banner is over half cut off because of this issue.”
Can anyone suggest a fix for this? I need to burn a new DVD (using Windows DVD Maker) as soon as I can. Thanks in advance for any help.
