Good morning and happy labor day weekend to all. Yep I’m working!

I have large files (2G to 5G) from talking head studio/white background interviews shot on a Canon 70D at full 1080P, low compression which creates an H264 .mov file.

I am tweaking (levels, sharpness, combining over 4G files) a few scenes in PP Windows CS6 and need to export to a file, maintaining image quality to send to an edit house using final cut.

What codec(s) wrapper(s) do you suggest?

I have tried H264/QT and it seems to look a little fuzzy/grainy and the file size is smaller.

    Thanks in advance,

    John

On Windows consider using AVC-Intra or installing Cineform GoPro. Uncompressed is another option (V210, DPX, QuickTime YUV) but it will create very large files.

    Ivan,

    Thanks for the suggestions.
I ended up using DNxHD and it looked fine with a bit larger file size.
