  Can PP CS6 import XAVC-S clips?

  Anyone know if premiere pro CS6 willl import XAVC-s clips? Im looking at possinly getting the Sony Hdr ax100

  Hope you found the answer already. Pp cs6 DOES NOT support xavcs. Possibly ffmpeg can transcode them for free otherwise there are a few other third party transcodes that will convert them for you.

  Premiere cc and fcpx support it though. Upgrade your suite for $30 a month……
