  Creating a realistic fireworks display in After Effects 6.5

  I am working with a client that wants wants a fireworks display as part of their 30 sec ad spot. What is the best way to do this?

  Particular has a fireworks preset. It looks pretty good, a little cheesey, needs some tweaking, but if you buy it you can use it on EVERYTHING afterwards

  Or just go out and buy your own fireworks and a case of beer and film them on a camera turned 90 degrees sideways so you get more pixels.
  Make sure you do it on a black background or at night and use UNMULT or screen blend. I guess that depends on where you live though.
