Parts of timeline are not playing or exporting – audio is working fine
I’ve been working on a project for nearly a month now, and before today, everything was totally fine. All the footage played with the audio, etc etc. But suddenly, there are parts of the timeline that won’t show the video even though the audio of the clip is playing fine. And when I double click the file to pull it up in the preview monitor, it appears, video and all, and plays normally. The file seem intact, it plays out of Premiere and even in the preview monitor, but not in the source monitor or when it’s exported. It’s just a black screen. And above the clip, where everything else on my timeline is red because it’s not rendered, there’s just gray area above the clips that won’t work. This is happening to about a 1/4 of my clips in the timeline, all scattered around between clips that are fine.
Please help! I have no idea why this is happening and I’m panicking.

What version of PPRO are you using? Do you have any plugins applied?
