How do you remove an effect that’s been applied to audio then cleaned in Audition?
I applied a pitch shifter effect to audio and ran it through Audition to clean it up a bit. When I select the audio I have no where I can deselect the fx to remove the effect. When I select the audio, choose clip in menu bar, and remove effects there’s no change.

    Thanks

How did you get to Audition?

    Render and Replace?

From the timeline. Selecting the audio, then Edit Clip in Adobe Audition.
When I complete the work in Audition, the audio is replaced. So I guess I lose the ability to remove the effect.
