‘permanently’ link an audio clip to a video clip
So I’m tentatively getting back into editing after about 10 years away from it. I’m using Adobe’s Creative Cloud. I’m new to Premier, but excited about it and CC. My question has probably been asked 1,000 times on here, but I’ve yet to find the answer.
How can i ‘permanently’ link an audio clip to a video clip recorded w/o a scratch (reference) track. I understand how to do it link the 2 clips in the timeline, but I’d like to use that linked clip as it’s own source, throughout the project. I guess it would be like a sub clip, or virtual clip?
