  crash problem with SHINE plug in in AE6.5

  hello.

  My AE 6.5 normally works perfect until today. I want to use Shine plug in a layer, and when i do it, it crashes every time and says this massage:

  “After Effects can’t contiue: sorry AE has crashed. See http://www.adobe.com.support/products/aftereffects.html for known issues.
  If you can’t still resolve the issue, please contact Adobe Technical Support (2)”

  I use to work properly with Shine. I re-install AE and the plug in several times, and the error stills.
  if i use other plug ins it works fine.

  I use to work with Panther, and up-graded to Tiger. Could this be a reason?

  In Adobe page i can’t find any help on this issue.

  any comments?

  Have you contacted Trapcode, or posted on the COW Trapcode forum?

  Make sure you have the latest version of Shine. This problem is known and has been rectified.
