  Need workflow for GH2 footage into After effects to transcode, sync Audio, etc. Use PP?

  I guess I should do the sync part in PP? Only used it a few times. Using mainly AE, but this is my first time using raw footage I need to sync… so new workflow to figure out.

  It’s in .mts format (AVCHD).

  So, looking for right format and method for transcoding, and quickest and easiest way to sync audio recorded elsewhere (recorded 44.1 by mistake in logic, but I can output to whatever format I need and shift sample rate to 48k if necessary before sync)
