  First and Last Frame of Clip Is Pixelated After Applying Filters OR Text and Rendering?

  Hello folks,

  The first and last frame of a shot that is on the timeline becomes pixelated when a Premiere Pro OR Magic Bullet Looks filters are applied and RENDERED. It also happen when video (with filters) and text (subtitles) overlap on V1 and V2 after being rendered.

  THIS HAPPENS EXCLUSIVELY AFTER CLIPS ARE RENDERED.

  I wondered if it had something to do with having 29.98 footage on the same timeline as 23.976 on a 23.976 sequence timeline but then I tried several 29.98 clips on a new 29.98 sequence timeline and it did the same: Pixelation of the the first and last frames of the clips when Premiere Pro or MBL was applied to the clips.

  This never happened before in any of my work with Premier Pro. Maybe I changes some settings somewhere? Anyone?
