    Hi everyone,

This is my very first post on CC, so please cut me so slack in case I forgot to mention something.

I know ‘flickering image’ does not say much about the problem that’s why I’m linking this post with the clip in question.

I know what causes flicker and I know how to avoid it when shooting, however I did not shoot this footage but I do have to fix it or at least try.

Another problem is that I have limited resources as the only piece of software I can use to do this is AdobePremiere CS6.

This is not the first time I had to fix flicker, I managed to do it a few times with flickering screens, but all I did was draw a garbage matte over the screen and held it on a single frame as the screen was insignificant to the rest of the image and it projected a static image.

I researched the ‘flicker’ threads but I wasn’t able to find a post with a problem similar to mine. From what I’ve read so far I know fixing this will be an absolute nightmare and I might not even be able to do without AE. However wasting my time on fixing this will be a very good argument for a reshoot.

    Many thanks!
