Do it in After Effects.
1. Import item(s) into AE.
2. Drag clip onto New Composition Icon
3. Add warp stabilizer
The default action is to assign the comp’s start timecode to that of the clip – something that Premiere Pro doesn’t do.
Alternately, you’d just need to do the same in Premiere and then manually set the timeline’s start time.
After Effects will have more automation support. If you’re doing a few clips I would just use Premiere as the previews will quicker.
