  How to enable 1/8th 1/16th debayer in Program Window for .RAW files

  I have just started working with 5D Miii RAW files with the Ginger HDR plugin in Premiere and they are quite a strain for my system to handle. I’m unable to lower the debayering at the bottom of the Program window below 1/4th. 1/8th and 1/16th are both grayed out for some reason.

  Does anyone know how how I can lower the debayering further?

  Also, If anyone has any tips on speeding up working with these RAW files in premiere it would be much appreciated.

  It’s based on a combination of frame size and footage format, additional settings are reserved for things like RED 4k-5k video.
