Anybody else feel that Pr CC is much faster and more responsive on Mac now?

    Most definitely.

I was just commenting to someone how great it is that I can
play an unrendered sequence and it plays audio in sync
without having to stop and restart playback.

That was a problem I had with cs 5.5 and 6 and never
    got solved until now.

(rendered out it played in sync always)

Make sure you have the relevant Quicktime codecs installed. If you use ProRes, you will at least need to install Compressor to gain the codec.

IF you read response 6 in the linked thread you will see pictures of the problem for reference.

FCP 7 is installed along with all necessary codecs.

MORE importantly – CS6 works perfectly fine.

ProRes files lock and load just with my install of Premiere CC (MacPro). They edit nicely on the timeline. All the Quicktime codecs are also present and accounted for in the export options. Back to topic, response on my Mac is incredible.
