June 21, 2013 at 12:08 amMost definitely.
I was just commenting to someone how great it is that I can
play an unrendered sequence and it plays audio in sync
without having to stop and restart playback. That was a problem I had with cs 5.5 and 6 and never
got solved until now.(rendered out it played in sync always)

June 21, 2013 at 5:47 amMake sure you have the relevant Quicktime codecs installed. If you use ProRes, you will at least need to install Compressor to gain the codec.

June 21, 2013 at 5:55 amIF you read response 6 in the linked thread you will see pictures of the problem for reference.
FCP 7 is installed along with all necessary codecs.
MORE importantly – CS6 works perfectly fine.

June 21, 2013 at 8:34 amProRes files lock and load just with my install of Premiere CC (MacPro). They edit nicely on the timeline. All the Quicktime codecs are also present and accounted for in the export options. Back to topic, response on my Mac is incredible.
