    Hi –
I am exporting a timeline from PPro via Media Encoder. Do I have to keep the PPro open?

    or
Can I work on another project while Media Encoder is exporting that timeline (on a different project)?

No, you don’t have to keep Pr open when using the queue. Once it’s been entered in to the queue, you can close the program or open another project and work.
