  • Sending to Media Encoder

    Hello!

I have 6 projects with roughly 50 sequences each that all need to be sent to Media Encoder. Does anyone know if I can send all the sequences in a project at once to Media Encoder? I have been doing this 1 sequence at a time and would like to find a way to speed up the monotony of this process!

    Thanks!

Send em to AME via Queue.
When all is in queue and ready to encode, let er rip.

This has worked for me as well, but sometimes the files
rendered out have problems. Glitches or shorter than they should be.

Make sure you spot check them before sending.

Another option is to open media encoder and drop the project
file in the que, it should ask which sequences to encode.

That did the trick, thanks Chris Borjis, and I will double check them after they encode, I have also had a few issues with encodes being shorter than should have been!

Good suggestions. You could also use a watch folder to drag and drop items into.

Clips, yes…project files don’t work this way unfortunately.

Ah, right. These other suggestions are just fine. Thanks Tim.
