    The grey box that says “Track:Volume” Is saying up on my audio timeline. Is there a way I can get rid of this?

    It is not clear to what you are referring. Would you please post a screen grab?

    Its telling you that the track is in Track adjustment mode instead of Clip adjustment mode. This can be very useful, but if you don’t want to be in Track Adjustment mode you can change it by:
    Expand the audio tack and you will see a group of 4 icons on the left side of the timeline. One of them is the Show Keyframes icon. Click on the Show Keyframes icon and you should see the selector on Show Track Keyframes. Change it to something else.
