  Timecode From Excel Spreasheet

  I have over 100 MiniDV tapes that need to be captured. I have all the log notes with timecode “in’s” and “out’s” in an Excel document for all the tapes. Is there a way that I can easily plug in the data for each tape within APP CS6 and perform a batch capture? Currently I am doing the old “copy & paste” method for each field.

  You can do this via the ‘Import Batch List’ command. Here’s an explanation…

  You can easily create the required tab-delimited text (TXT) or comma-separated value (CSV) files using Excel.
