  Best Workflow From Premiere to Pro Tools for Re-Conform

  Hi Everyone,

  I’m working on a short film that I need to shorten – after it’s spent some time with my sound mixer in pro tools. I’ve been sending a flattened picture file to my sound editor, with the understanding that this was an almost-picture-lock-but-not-quite. Now that we need to get the film down to a shorter time, I’m wondering if there is a way — either a utility or a certain type of export/import process — to save time re-conforming this new, shorter picture to the sound?
