  How to Detect what action need to resolve this video problem.

  Hi there,

  I have an old video 320:240 at mov format and i wand to make it better.

  i upload small preview https://d.pr/v/IU8c

  any help?

  (i use trial premiere cs6)

  What do you think the problem is? Too dark? Do you want to resize it? If you can be more specific, then we can recommend techniques or effects for you to apply.

  The sample clip is too short to figure if anything is wrong.
