  RED Color Correct

  I’m working with .R3D footage in Premiere CS6. When you color correct a clip using ‘Source Settings’, it applies those changes to the entire clip. However, some parts of the same clip need different settings. Is there a way to edit the source settings to only a specific part of the clip, or do you have to import the clip again to make different changes?

  I would do a one light grade in Source Settings, but accomplish the secondary color correction with the 3-way Color Corrector, or SpeedGrade.
