  • Exporting freezing at 4% – Still Sequence

    Hi All

I am having a very frustrating issue… I have compiled and exported as a Quicktime .mov file many still image sequences. However, with one clients piece the export freezes at 4% and wont go any further.

    I have tried:

Many different formats: Apple Pro Res, Pro Res (422), H.264, Jpeg, and even a MPEG in desperation – alas to no avail.
Removing the images that the file was freezing at
Placing work on a new sequence
Rendering a number of times (not that this does anything!)

None of these have worked and I would be greatly appreciative of any assistance in this regard.

    Thanking you
    Sam

Hello Samantha, it definitely sounds like you were thorough in your workaround attempts.

How long have you let the export sit at 4% before restarting?

What version of Premiere are you using?

Have you tried creating a brand new project file for just this one export?

Are you exporting directly or using Media Encoder? Whichever you are using, try the other. 🙂
