  • Possible to change several clips at a time in multicam edit?

We have a multicam sequence with dozens of edits. We need to be able to change the camera on all of them instead of right-clicking on each one individually.

Yes, I know it would just take a few minutes to right-click on 50+ clips, but apparently this is on 30 different sequences, each over an hour. So it’s going to take a long time to do it manually.

I’ve searched here and on the net to no avail. I tried selecting multiple clips and choosing MultiCam when right-clicked, but you can’t change the camera on more than one clip at a time.

    Any suggestions?

If you’re changing one camera angle to another….

can you switch the angles around on the source multicam seqeunce?

this would then result in all your edits referring to that track/cam…..to the replacement angle…

also if it’s just for a section of the multicam…. and not all the edits….

you can always just edit that section of the source sequence leaving the rest of that source/angle track in tact….
