    Greetings,
Due to an impending platform switch, I am currently comparing pan and zoom tools in both FCP and Premiere. I am trying to find a workflow within Premiere that gives comparable results to the ones I am currently getting in FCP.

Currently I use Lyric Pan Zoom Pro in FCP with no need for render and no degradation in image quality while working. I have been experimenting with the Boris plug in within Premiere for a few days now and get quite a bit of aliasing on images. The only way to get rid of this is to render out the sequence, something I do not have to do in FCP.

I have contacted Boris and they are looking into it but I have not heard back yet. I was hoping someone here had experience with this plug in and could tell me if the aliasing is normal or if there is a setting I am overlooking that will give me better results without having to render every image/sequence.

Recommendations on alternative plug ins would be great as well.

    Thanks
