  A/B Source Strobe Transitions

  How do I create a flashing or strobe effect between 2 video clips with the beat of the music. This would be very tedious assuming I would have to cut tiny pieces out of each frame to the waveform. This is a very common music video effect used in pretty much every rap video. I am using Adobe Premiere. Check out this video at 1:06-1:07
