Can’t seem to figure it out, IN final cut its rather simple PPRO seems to be a little different. Any thoughts on how I can get A feed though the HDMI out for my Client Monitor? Thanks!

Install the BMD drivers for Adobe. And then use a BMD sequence setting. CS5.5 only outputs via the hardware when you use a sequence setting for that hardware.

Did you install CS After you already had the BMD installed?
Then, install the latest BMD driver after installing CS.
Then, use a BMD sequence when creating a NEW sequence and it will feed out the card.

I’m having the same problem,I can’t get adobe premier cs5.5 to play back through an external monitor. I’ve done everything listed above.

    Please help.

You have to start with a BMD sequence, in the “New Sequence” section for it to play out the card.

In CS6 this has all been resolved. Just create a regular sequence and with the magic of Adobe Transit (built into the PrP software) it will playback through third party hardware like my Kona 3 with ease. And you get all the CUDA goodness from that sequence as well. A major achievement!
