Audio out of sync with DSLR footage, not sure by how much
I recorded on t2i and 5d mark II 29,97fps I tried the 41khz audio mp3 they gave me, no luck so I tried 48khz wav and still no luck. I tried 29.97fps drop and non drop, conforming to 30p, conforming to 23.976fps but still nothing is working properly.
I did the 99.99% faster audio, then I tried 99.98% video both variations and it just won’t stay matched up for long, I can match it up within a frame or so in the start, but after about 5-10 second goes off and gets worse and worse.
Is there a program that can sync the audio together? Pluraleyes perhaps it could speed up and slow down the audio to fit properly maybe? I don’t know.
I did another video the day before same settings on both cameras and the audio worked well, the only difference was we used a cheap boombox, and the next day we had a professional DJ playing on his setup, he swears the audio hasn’t been changed or touched from then.Can anyone assist me here please?

Is your timeline set to snap per frame? If so, you’ll rarely ever sync audio; it needs to be more fine tuned. In your timeline panel, in the upper right there will be a menu button, select something to the effect of “Show Audio Units”. This will allow you to slide the audio in less than a frame increments.
Premiere conforms all audio to 48kHz anyways, and rarely is there ever a timing issue with converting 44.1 to 48 and so on (that’s really an issue of days past, with oldschool DACs and software, most all modern software dithers/aliases the conversion to keep it time correct).
But, yes, if you work with two system audio often then buy PluralEyes. It’s seriously the best thing since sliced bread.
