  ppro cs 5.5, video monitor not playing back

  Hi all! I used to do playback via my canon xl1, a firewirecable and a jvc video monitor from final cut pro, which worked fine. Now I do playback from after effects cs 5.5, working fine even with R3D’s files; but for some strange reason it won’t work with ppro; the only thing I get is a still image, even if I do a dv pal project. When I scroll through the footage it does scroll on both the computer monitor and the video monitor. I tried all possible settings in the playback settings of the sequence menu.
  My system is: macpro 3.1 (2008), 16gb ram, 3 hdd of 1tb in a raid 0, programs on 1 hdd of 1tb, nvidia quadro 4000 (which I guess shouldn’t matter because all goes through the firewire cable and camcorder)
  Anyone any thoughts? I’m sure it should work if it works in after effects!

  Sorry Hans. Id love to help you , especially since we have the same basic system, but I use the AJA Kona 3 for external monitoring.
