  videos moving up and down very slightly

  While viewing the video in premiere preview rendered, and even when I export the video, still video clips move up and down ever so slightly. Why would this be? and how do i fit it? It’s rather irritating. Using CS5 on Windows 7

  You could have your fields incorrectly interpreted or rendered out.

  Be sure to check the interpret footage of the clips in the project panel and see that there is a match from Upper or Lower first in the sequence and again in the export.
