    Hello.

I’m trying to key some actors in front of green veggies. The veggies are within the actors silhouette and do not overlap the green screen background. I’m noticing that the keying of UltraKey actually does a good job of this, but when i remove the green spill with the, ahemmm, spill setting under spill suppression the green of the veggies turns awful orange/grey wilted color.

Is there a way i can tell UltraKey to ignore a selection in the video space and leave that space color alone?

    Thanks.

I don’t know anything about Ultrakey, but you need to make the keyer ignore the green vegetables by using a mask. There may be that capability in Ultrakey, or you may just need to use the masking tool in AE.

You could toss the clip on a track above and garbage matte around just the vegtables.
