Blink effect for premiere pro
There is an effect i often see in music videos where the clips follow the beats very quickly like https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZW1STjbKSs 33secs -35 and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n2MVzP4MaJ0 41 secs to 44.

I am not sure but i looks like alternating clips every frame.
Put the beginning of clip B on the end of clip A, cut every (so) frame(s).
Trow every other section of the top clip away.
Select the top clips and drop them on the bottom clip.———————————————–

I think the original effect was created by a plugin called FX Factory which runs in After Effects.
